Terms of service
These terms cover your use of syracusemasonryservices.com and the introductions we provide. Please read them before you request a price.

What we are
Masonry Services Syracuse is a referral and introduction service. We help homeowners get masonry projects scoped and connect them with local masonry contractors. We are not the contractor on any job. The contractor performs the work and sets the price, and any agreement for the work is made between you and that contractor.
Price and scope
The contractor sets the price and the scope of work. Any figures on this site describe what tends to affect cost and are not quotes. Always get the price, scope, dates and payment terms in a written contract before work begins.
The $100 credit
We credit $100 toward your first project booked through this site. One credit for each household and property. Good through December 31, 2026. A job booked after that date does not qualify. Your mason sets the project price. The credit does not change it. We fund the credit ourselves and the contractor does not pay for it. We apply it to the first job you book. Asking for a price here puts the offer on your request, and we check it with you before you book.
The Masonry Services Syracuse promise
Asking for a price is free and never obliges you.
We charge you no fee for scoping or the introduction.
Your $100 credit follows the Terms, line for line.
If an introduction goes wrong, we help put it right.
The masonry falls under the contract you sign with your mason.
Contractors
Contractors are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own work, permits and compliance, and for following the laws that apply to them. We do not supervise the work.
New York home improvement contracts
New York's General Business Law treats patios, driveways and similar work as home improvement and requires certain terms in written contracts, including dates, payment schedules and a notice that the owner can cancel up to midnight on the third business day following signing. Ask your contractor for a compliant contract. This is general information, not legal advice.
Text messages
If you agree to texts, we may message you about your project. Texts are optional and how often you hear from us varies. Carrier rates for messages and data may apply. To opt out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. You do not have to agree to texts to get a price.
Using the site
Information on this site is general and may change. Use it as a starting point, not as engineering, legal or building-code advice. Check local requirements with your code office.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, conduct or advice of any contractor, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the current version is on this page. Call (315) 640-3590 with questions.
