Who we are
Masonry Services Syracuse helps homeowners in Syracuse and nearby Onondaga County towns get masonry projects scoped and priced and connects them with local masonry contractors. We are not the contractor.
What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, street address, ZIP, the project type and timing you pick, and your choice about text messages. The page you send the request from is recorded with it, along with the referring page and any campaign tags the link carried, so we know where the request started. This site runs no analytics and sets no advertising cookies, and its one script stores nothing in your browser. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which handles the requests that serve the pages and carry your form to us.
What the details are for
Your details let us respond to your request, scope your project, introduce you to a local masonry contractor, apply the $100 credit when it applies and keep records of your request. We use the page and campaign details only to see which pages lead to requests.
Where your request goes
Your request is sent to a customer relationship management service we use to track inquiries (GoHighLevel). If we introduce you to a contractor, we share the project details they need to contact you and price the work, such as your name, phone number, address and description. Service providers that host the site and process messages see the information they need to do that job.
Text messages
We text you only if you agree on the form. How often you hear from us varies, and carrier rates for messages and data may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and reply HELP for help. You do not need to agree to texts to get a price. Calls and email remain available if you decline texts.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you gave us by calling (315) 640-3590. You can stop texts by replying STOP.
Keeping information
We keep request records for as long as needed to follow up, to apply any credit and to meet legal and accounting obligations. No online system is perfectly secure, and we use reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is for adult homeowners and is not directed at children.
Changes
This page always shows the current version, and we may revise it.
